Customer's return - Collection

Collecting Goods the Customers Don't Want

Please be aware that Alternergy does not offer a collection service.  

If a customer wants to return extra goods, they are responsible for organising the return themselves. The customer will also only be refund once the goods are received by the warehouse and booked in. A 25% restocking fee will also be charged.

The only case in which Alternergy will organise a collection is if the warehouse has despatched the wrong goods.
